  Cornwall Council

  This statutory requirement and satisfactory completion is required before the issue of a Chain Ferry Certificate by the regulatory authority, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.

• Push Boat Service for Floating Bridge 6mandatory

  Isle of Wight Council

  The vessel used to deliver the service must conform to the relevant Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) class;

• Maritime Coastguard Agency - Occupational Healthmandatory

  Department for Transport

  The service is required to cover the requirements of Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).

• Proviision of 10 metre RHIB to Police code B Standardmandatory

  Northumbria Police

  The vessel must comply with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) Police Code B for police vessels, and be capable, and suitable, for operating as both a patrol vessel and dive platform.

• UKSBSRE16006 - Oily Water Separatormandatory

  UK SHARED BUSINESS SERVICES LTD

  The OWS on board the vessel is a mandatory piece of equipment and is subject to regulatory inspections by DNV (The Classification Society) the MCA (Maritime & Coastguard Agency) and PSC (Port State Control).
