The system should be capable of the test repertoire below; Fully automated 1,25 Vitamin D Intact P1NP CTX-1 TRAP 5b BAP (Ostase) IGF-1 ( Must be calibrated against WHO IS 02/254) IGF-BP3 hGH PTH intact An instruction for use data sheet must be provided for each assay.
Correlation data with other manufacturers or reference methods must be provided for all of the above assays.
It must be possible to load samples on to the analyser whilst it is assaying other samples.
The analyser must be capable of reading bar coded samples on board.
