Worthing PSDS Heat Network Enabling Works - Pavilion (Package 9)
Project brief/summary: - Draught proofing external doors - Loft insulation under main auditorium roof. - Denton Lounge (Atrium) And Kiosk Loft void insulation (excluding the flat roof areas) - Secondary Glazing - dressing rooms, lobby, kitchen, excluding main auditorium & Denton Lounge (Atrium). - Secondary Glazing - main auditorium & Denton Lounge (Atrium). - Some localised fire stopping to new and/ or existing disturbed services penetrations may be required. - Strip out of heating plantroom and new plant installation to allow for future connection of District Heating System. - Temporary containerised boiler plant & associated temporary services - Variable speed pump installation. - Heating zone control valves. - Zone energy metering - Domestic Hot Water Service cylinder to be replaced with a plate heat exchanger, buffer vessel & ancillaries to suit the district heating energy source. - Zone energy metering. - New BMS system - New heating circuit and heater batteries to roof mounted auditorium AHU's - Insulation of existing LTHW pipework. - Replacement radiators. - Replace all TRV's with Dynamic radiator control valves (D-TRV's) on heating system. - Cold Store door replacement - New smart switches. - New supplies to BMS and plantroom services - New lighting to plantroom - Fire Alarm modification to plantroom - Removal of electrical services to AHU heater batteries In order to be considered for this opportunity please express an interest by emailing procurement@adur-worthing.gov.uk.
