Hedge End Town Council are looking to convert a former commercial premises to residential above a Community Hall at the Old School House.

The building is Victorian and has had various modifications over time.

Relevant planning permissions have already been obtained and architects drawings and structural survey reports are available.

Please supply copies of current certificates/ accreditations for the membership plus any details of any other relevant accreditations.
