Provision of Blackburn with Darwen General Domiciliary Care Services: Older People & Adult Physical Disabilities; Older People & Adult Physical Disabilities - Rural Providers will be responsible for providing personal, domestic, social, emotional and rehabilitative care where appropriate, to enable service users to continue to live in their own homes and maintain as far as possible their independence and usual / preferred lifestyle.
