The brief

The aim of this procurement is to make hybrid mail the default option for the Council when mailing correspondences.

To achieve this aim the council would like to adopt a phased approach to implementation starting with a pilot in one or two teams.

Upon successful completion of the pilot hybrid mail would then be rolled out across the council.

The roll out plan would be devised in conjunction with the hybrid mail supplier (draft plans should be submitted as part of the further competition process) however it is envisaged that the vast majority of ENC post would be via hybrid mail by late 2016
