The University of Warwick has a requirement to procure technical support for - and development of - Warwick Manufacturing Group's (WMG) Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) MS Dynamics platform, including app roll-out; security roles; user onboarding; continuous improvement; report development; GDPR compliance; integration with WMG website (via MS Dynamics Portal); email marketing integration; functional development; data updating procedures; Power App configuration and ongoing managed service support.
