Hertfordshire County Council are currently out to procurement for the Provision of a Mental Health Complex Needs Service.
The Council wants to commission a range of Services to support adults with mental health issues who present an additional area of need, which could include one or more of the following: • Drug and/ or alcohol use • Offending behaviour • Anti-social behaviour • Learning disability • Physical disabilities • Homelessness or tenancy issues • Self-harm • Psychological problems • Debt or other financial issues • Or any other co-existing needs.
It is anticipated that significant partnership and collaborative working will be required to deliver these Services successfully to all areas of Hertfordshire.
This procurement is an Open (one stage process).
Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to “express interest” which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
The deadline for Expressions of Interest is Monday 11th January 2016 (also the submission date).
To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on Monday 11th January 2016.
