The brief

The appointed contractor is required to carry out the periodic electrical testing and inspection in accordance with the current edition of BS7671 of electrical installations within all properties under the administration of West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority.

Properties will include, vehicle workshops, fire stations and offices.

All remedial works up to the value of £500.00 (Five Hundred Pounds Only) including parts, per site, are permissible without authorisation as part of this contract.

Any works above this value will require a written quotation from the winning contractor Ref: FN/PROC/314111416/JP/TB IND Dec 2016 (for full details refer to Appendix 2, Specification and 2a, Test and Inspection dates)
