Dear Operator You are invited to quote on the following transport requirement for three safeguarded children in the care of Bucks CC social services.
Details are: CLIENT DETAILS 4 year old male: Speech & communication difficulties 6 year old female: No special needs reported 8 year old male: Emotional & social difficulties, Learning difficulties, Challenging behaviour.
Children to travel together however concerns with behaviour regarding fighting and trying to open doors.
Therefore a PA is required to manage these situations.
TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS: • Taxi - Vehicle to accommodate three children seated on booster seats and PA seated with children.
The two boys need to sit apart. • Passenger Assistant • Booster seats x 3 • Crew must be Client Transport (Safeguarding) trained; hold current Bucks CC ID badges, be DBS checked and have clear English communication JOURNEY REQUIREMENTS 5 morning journeys and 3 afternoon journeys required weekly.
