Exhibition stand design and build - Energy Innovation Summit 23

Innovate UK KTN connects innovators with new partners and opportunities beyond their existing thinking - accelerating ambitious ideas into real-world solutions.

We want to appoint a suitably qualified exhibition design company to design, manufacture, instal and derig an exhibition stand for the Energy Innovation Summit.

We will work closely with the chosen company to develop and realise the stand in a creative and impactful way that is relevant and accessible to our audiences.

Innovate UK is organising a cross-government stand at the Energy Innovation Summit at the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool, 31 October - 1 November 2023.

Innovate UK KTN will be leading on the design and build and management of the stand.

The 150m2 stand is shown at K3 on the attached floor plan.

The final representatives on the stand will be finalised during the coming weeks.

This will be an opportunity for significant brand positioning and awareness for Innovate UK and display of its brand must be a primary consideration.

Objectives • Inspire - connect with the audience • Create a stand that is engaging and showcases the impact innovation has on the UK economy and the energy sector • Provide a showcase for Innovate UK and partners • Put the UK government at the heart of the UK's energy innovation landscape The stand should meet the objectives outlined above, appeal to the specific target audiences and meet our requirements for brand visibility and accessibility.

Exhibition space to include: • Area to showcase physical demos • Up to 3 individual semi-private meeting pods • Networking area • Speaker area and associated A/V • On-stand displays of digital content • Limited on-stand storage • Production of impactful graphics Build Following sign-off of detailed designs, the successful agency will undertake production design and specification of all exhibition elements.

They will need to ensure the build is durable and is easy to clean.

The structures must be compliant with relevant statutory and non-statutory requirements e.g.

Health & Safety regulations, Equality Act legislation, be constructed of fire retardant materials and follow best practice procedures.

We would like to see the use of sustainable, reusable materials wherever possible.

Budget Please break down the costings to include the design, production, transport, build and derig within a £70k + VAT ceiling. £20k + VAT should be ring-fenced for in-event costs.

Outputs All rights (including ownership and copyright) will pass to Innovate UK KTN on completion of this project.
