To provide an out of hours reception/access control, Concierge service to the Cornhill Tower Block to enable a safe, secure, supervised environment for the service users of Interim accommodation.
The out of hour's periods will cover: 16:45 - 8:00 Monday to Friday 24 Hours cover on a Saturday 24 Hours cover on a Sunday 24 Hours during a Bank Holiday Only one operative is required at any one time to carry out the concierge service and the contractor will plan this work in accordance with the Working Time Directive Any other negotiable out of hour's periods (extra to the contract arrangement) will cover: Any special request (Two days' notice) Any Emergency Cover (Four hours' notice)
