The brief

The Authority is wishing to contract for a refurbished mail insertion machine to provide back up and contingency capacity within the Print Room of Liverpool City Council.

This machine will replace the existing Neopost Automailer 5 machine which has been used for contingency capacity since 2007.It is expected that a supplier will be able to provide a suitable mail insertion machine and delivery and installation services to the Derby Road Resolution Centre site.
