Enhanced Estuaries Database (EED): The required EED updates identified and prioritised, are individual tasks that check and improve the data and functionality of the EED. - Update #1: General check of all EED data, including, but not limited to presentational items such as consistency in data processing systems, fonts, etc., plus any equation coding, dynamic links, etc. in the original EED and update the Excel spreadsheet format of the EED where required; - Update #2: Provision of clear explanations and terminologies regarding parameters and their calculation methodology (based on the original HRW TR167 report (Manning, 2012)); - Update #3: Description of parameters and units and why they're important (again, initially building on Manning, 2012) and scoping of the infographics associated with some key parameters considered useful for improving future communications and wider learning of key geomorphological and hydrological data and processes for nontechnical audiences reliant on this information; - Update #4: Scoping of works needed to update the EED to be of relevance to WER waterbodies; and - General: Developing an agreed maintenance and communications plan for the EED.
