Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") is undertaking an open tender under OJEU procurement process for the provision of marquees for the Rotherham Show ("the Show").
The Rotherham Show is annually hosted each September by the Council and takes place at the Clifton Park show ground in Rotherham and attracts upwards of 50,000 visitors dependent on the weather.
The funding for the show is provided by the Council and is reliant upon the funding being available; if funds are not available the Show will not take place.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01/09/2019 and will run for a period of 4 years in total, but will be subject to annual reviews to ensure funding is approved prior to any commitment to a further 12 month period.
The maximum expiry date would be 31/08/2023.
