2018 - 661 SHYPP Impact Evaluation
WM Housing Group is undergoing a process of change, having implemented a new Group Operations Structure aimed at creating a standard operating model for all housing operations across the Group's entities.
We are now starting to develop a core narrative and intervention model for housing management, built on psychological strength-based methods.
We would now like to impact assess the approaches undertaken by the service under review to build an evidence base of the impact they have on the lives of young people and their long-term tenancy sustainment.
Many of the practices employed have evolved over a period of time.
We would also like to be able to better distill and describe the model, compare to other interventions in terms of outcomes and identify where we may have areas of improvement needed.
This approach is in line with our new strategy to ensure that we create services based on evidenced based practice.
