Specifically the Authority is looking to identify a supplier that is able to achieve the following four outline scopes of requirement: • Deployment and implementation of the new project and programme management software to replace the Authority's current Microsoft in PWA software.
This being Microsoft Project Online. • Migration of the existing data set under PWA • To provide initial and then ongoing training and support including any system changes and development throughout the life of the contract • To provide ongoing service management and maintenance of the replacement system The opportunity is for an initial 3 year period with an option to extend by a further year.

The aim of the documents is to outline the minimum requirements needed by the Authority should your organisation be awarded the contract.
