Retrofit Delivery Management System for the Buildings Retrofit and Local Net Zero Accelerator Programmes
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This is a large award for Software & IT Systems — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 30,286 valued Software & IT Systems tenders in our corpus.
This procurement is for the acquisition of a case management and work allocation software system, which will enable the WMCA to monitor and evaluate outcomes from retrofit projects within the Buildings Retrofit Pilot and Local Net Zero Accelerator programmes, which are running from April 2025 to March 2028.
The procured system will support the provision, configuration and integration of a Core Data Platform ("DataLeNZ"), which is being built in house by the WMCA's Digital & Data team.
The system will enhance and centralise data management across the region and ensure high-quality data is generated through the Core Data Platform.
The initial contract period is December 2025 to 31st March 2028 (2 years, 3 months).
Please note however, the WMCA has also incorporated a 1-year extension option.
Should the extension option be utilised then the full contract period will be December 2025 until 31st March 2029 (3 years, 3 months).
This procurement has been awarded via a framework call off under RM1557.14: G-Cloud 14 Digital Marketplace, Lot 2: Cloud Software (PCR, 2015).
