The brief

CoSector is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of London and is the home of its professional and student support services.

This private limited company was formed in 2015 and is based in the iconic Senate House building on Malet Street, London.

CoSector currently delivers a number of wide ranging service and products including: Virtual Learning Environment (VLEs), IT infrastructure & digital services, recruitment services, career development and housing services to: • The University of London (UoL) • The University of London Federal colleges (member institutions) • A large number of Higher Education of institutions • A number of commercial organisations CoSector is challenged with growing its business to deliver value and a profit back to the University and ensure its products and services align to customer wants and needs, against the back drop of ever changing technology.

As part of a business wide transformation programme, the CoSector Operating Board is looking for a skilled and experienced supplier who can facilitate delivery of a Growth Strategy for the CoSector business.

This will include sub strategies and plans for the functions detailed above and will build upon work that has already started.

The Growth Strategy will include: • Strategic business objectives and targets which can be cascaded down and across the organisation • Clarity on the roadmap for the portfolio of products and services • Identification of USP and how these can be leveraged Further details can be found in the ITT document attached to this notice.
