The brief

Mosscare St Vincent's Housing Group - or MSV for short, are a social landlord working across the Northwest of England.

We own and manage almost 9,000 homes in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire.

Our ethos and values place us right at the heart of communities, working with customers to deliver excellent landlord services and provide customers with a warm, safe home.

MSV invites organisations to submit a request to participate in order to establish a DPS of contractors to provide a wide range of servicing including but not limited to repairs and maintenance, cyclical servicing, mechanical and electrical services and capital works.

The DPS will cover the following categories: Repairs and Maintenance categories: 1.

Roofing 2.

Scaffolding 3.

Flooring 4.

Window/glazing 5.

Drainage 6.

Cleaning / property clearance 7.

General build 8.

Grounds works 9.

Gas commercial installs Compliance categories: 10.

Passive fire protection and door stopping 11.

Water hygiene remedial works 12.

Legionella risk assessments 13.

Legionella monitoring 14.

Asbestos removal 15.

Asbestos surveys 16.

Lift Servicing and Maintenance 17.

Fire Risk Assessments 18.

Fire alarm servicing including emergency lights, fire blankets, sprinklers 19.

Air conditioning servicing and maintenance 20.

Commercial air duct cleaning Assets and cyclical 21.

General build (works outside of other areas listed) 22.

Disrepair 23.

Hygiene cleaning 24.

Damp and mould specialists 25.

Decorators 26.

Timber specialists Facilities management & Mechanical & Electrical 27.

General facilities management including but not limited to cleaning, window cleaning etc.

Fire installations and sprinklers Other services that are closely linked to the categories listed may be procured through the DPS from time to time to meet the requirements of MSV.

The deadline for initial requests to participate is 5:00pm 28th October 2024.

For clarity, evaluation of bidder submissions during the initial set up of the DPS will take place following the deadline for initial RTP submissions.

Once all bidders who submitted during the initial set up are advised of the outcome of their RFP submission, the DPS will officially commence.

The DPS will remain open for the full duration to allow for additional requests to participate.

Contracts Finder requires a contract start and end date that follows the closing date.

For the purpose of Contracts Finder, the contract start and end date have been set as the anticipated commencement of the DPS to the expiry.

The deadline date set is the deadline for the initial RTP.

The DPS will remain open via the tender links until the DPS end date of 23rd February 2029.
