DUD - Minor Adaptations to Privately Owned, Privately Rented/Housing Association Rented Properties - AWARD

Dudley MBC invites tenders for the provision of minor adaptations to privately owned and privately or housing association rented properties within the borough of Dudley.

The Council is looking to set up work programmes for delivering minor adaptations works within the Dudley Borough and potentially for use by other contracting authorities, could include any of the following; the provision of minor adaptations that could include but would not be limited to bathroom grab rails, external grab rails, small ramps and steps, alterations and fitting of internal and external lights, new light switches and plug sockets, slabbing, tap replacements, replacement WC and WHB as requested by an Occupational Therapist.

For this project, Dudley MBC have adopted Constructionline and PAS 91 Questionnaire.

If you are already a member of Constructionline at Silver Membership or above and the following sections are verified on your profile C1 - Company Information, C2 - Financial and Insurance Information, C4 - Health and Safety, you can provide us with your registration number and you do not need to complete the core questions within the PAS 91 Questionnaire.

If you are not registered on Constructionline you can still participate and will need to complete the PAS 91 questionnaire in accordance with the Completion Instructions.
