Boiler house roof - unadhered membrane - location: boiler house roof, parapet, north end 2.
Boiler house roof - 2x depressed areas on roof + corresponding holes in ceiling - locations: o Boiler house roof & ceiling, above boiler 4 o Boiler house roof & ceiling, above North Loading bay 3.
