Brighton and Hove Housing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
Brighton and Hove City Council (the council) are looking for a contractor to complete its required energy performance certificates (EPC's) on its housing stock when properties become empty prior to being re-occupied.
There may be some limited circumstances where the contractor will be instructed to complete EPC's for occupied properties.
The Council are looking for around 850 EPC's per annum for the next three to four years.
