Framework for Plastering Contractors
Unitas is seeking to establish a long-term framework from which suitable providers can be called off to undertake plastering works.
It is proposed that two providers be appointed to the framework.
Call-off will be such that each successful contractor will receive a fair split of the works based on performance, available work and resource.
The value of this framework over the maximum four-year period is estimated to be in the region of £3,600,000.
Anticipated start date is June 2024.
