Brief Description of Requirement The Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ) require a supplier to conduct a discovery exercise to help better understand the data held, its architecture and the data user needs of the department, which will support us to establish and set the roadmap and priorities for the new Chief Data Officer function, as well as explore the feasibility of applying novel new models of data governance in a department with a mixed portfolio of data from a range of different sources.
