North - West Cleaning Services

Accent Housing Limited are looking for Contractors to provide high quality cleaning and window cleaning services at a selection of schemes within its portfolio across the North West region.

The contract will be split into 6 lots in total and for a Contract duration of 48 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months subject to performance.

3 x Lots for Cleaning 3 x Lots for Window Cleaning.

Contractors may bid for all lots, however, may only win a maximum of 2 Lots for Cleaning and 2 Lots for Window Cleaning.

The successful Contractors will have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of providing high-quality cleaning and/or window cleaning services.
