NHS Vale of York CCG are seeking providers to deliver Improving Access to GP Services.

NHS England has mandated that by 1 October 2018 the CCG must provide extended access to GP services including evenings and weekends for 100% of its population.

This must include ensuring access is available during peak times of demand including bank holidays and across the Easter, Christmas and New Year periods.

This procurement is divided into 3 Lots and providers can bid for one, two or all three of the lots Lot 1 - North Locality comprises of the following practices Millfield Surgery Tollerton Surgery Stillington Surgery Pickering Medical Practice Helmsley Medical Centre Terrington Surgery The Kirkbymoorside Surgery Lot 2 Central Locality comprises of the following practices: Old School Medical Practice Elvington Medical Practice York Medical Group Front Street Surgery Priory Medical Group Haxby Group Practice (inc Gale Farm) Unity Health MyHealth Pocklington Group Practice Dalton Terrace Surgery Jorvik Gillygate Medical Practice East Parade Medical Practice Lot 3 - South Locality comprises of the following practices: Beech Tree Surgery Posterngate Surgery Scott Road Medical Centre Escrick Surgery Sherburn Group Practice South Milford Surgery Tadcaster Medical Centre The ITT documents will be available to download from Tuesday 29 May 2018 from https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk
