Highways England is seeking the provision of services to Investigate incidents and collisions occurring on the; M6 Bromford Viaduct, M1 J10-13, M1 J30-35 and, M1 J39-42 Smart Motorway schemes and where appropriate, identify mitigation measures; Review and measure all emergency areas (EAs) on the Smart Motorway network (operational at the time of 1st June 2020) and determine the feasibility of widening those EAs where they are less than 4.6 metres wide.
