NHH Home Options - Approved List for Minor Maintenance Works

Notting Hill Housing's (NHH) Home Options service are inviting suppliers experienced in delivering minor maintenance projects to join NHH’s Approved List, which will be managed through Construction Line.

Home Options’ provides temporary accommodation through the management of units owned by third parties.

NHH’s responsibility for these units extends to maintaining the property to the same standard from when the property became the responsibility of NHH.

The scope of works for this Approved List is restricted and only includes, works involving making defects good, repairs to faulty fixtures and fittings provided by the Property Owner and clearance and cleaning services once a property has become void This Notice is to last 12 months from the date of publication and includes all minor building works projects.

The combined value is less than £4 million per annum across 2,300 properties.
