The brief

Worcester City Council is inviting tenders for a replacement of the Heating with New boilers, pumps, pressurisation equipment and automatic controls.

And an option to replace the Air Handling system, including fan convectors, air handling units and controls.

Works must be started by 06 September 2021 and expected to take around 4 weeks to complete.

Bidders must be registered with Construction line and have Silver (Level 2) membership level as a minimum.

And must have Health and Safety accreditation such as CHAS / ACLAIM and have experience of working with Public Buildings.

You are required to book a site visit as a mandatory requirement.

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website.

Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.

Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
