The brief

NSAH (Alliance Homes) Limited (Alliance Homes Group) is seeking to let a contract to a single supplier, in relation to the provision of an independent external benchmarking and equal pay audit services, together with consultancy services to review the range of benefits offered to staff with a move towards a total reward approach, to enable pay related decisions to be based on qualitative and quantitative data in respect of staff employed by the Alliance Homes Group.

The duration of the contract will be 2 years with an option to extend by 2 years at the end of the first 2 year period subject to an agreed % financial uplift of the submitted rates and delivery of key performance standards at the end of each financial year.

The Alliance Homes Group wishes to work with suitably qualified reward specialists with experience in a variety of environmental contexts, but must include the housing and care and support sector.

The successful bidder will be able to work as a team with the Alliance Homes Group, to achieve solutions in line with the Alliance Homes Group Remuneration Policy, financial affordability and corporate objectives.
