The development of a Consumer Panel for DECC.
This will take the form of a ‘community’ or sample of approximately 30 000 consumers who will have been profiled on key criteria such as demographics, tenure and attitudes to various energy/environment related issues.
The panel will act as a framework from which consumer insight projects can be commissioned.
