The Trust Board is wishing to appoint a communications or marketing expert to take forward a piece of consultancy that will seek the views and perceptions of key stakeholders on the view a range of subjects including (but not limited to); • Overall impression of the Trust • Place within the health economy • Communications strengths • Key players • Voice of the organisation – who is heard? • Comments on our future strategic direction, service ambitions and aspirations The aim of this piece of work is to inform the Board on the key actions it may need to take to amend its business and strategic direction and if necessary improve its overall position within the local health economy.
