16 - 26 Gordon Square are existing six storey buildings used as offices, seminar rooms and students hubs.
The existing heating systems are a mixture of one pipe circuits and old two pipe circuits with column and panel radiators.
It is proposed to replace the entire system with new heating circuits and radiators whilst retaining as many of the existing radiators as possible.
The existing boiler plant will remain, as will the installation in Nos.
20 and 21 which have been recently refurbished.
