The brief

Awarded using Crown Commercial Service Network Services 2 (RM3808) (Lot 5 IP Telephony) Framework Agreement.

Requirement: Integrated Microsoft Teams Telephony with Direct Routing Ofwat's existing telephony solution is a cloud-based service hosted in government data centres, however, it is not Microsoft Teams integrated.

It will be a new solution for Ofwat to replace their existing non-Teams integrated solution based on SIP and PSTN. • Teams Voice Direct Routing to integrate with the Teams solution now used widely across the organisation. • Voicemail for everyone. • Multiple hunt groups and pickup groups. • We have approximately 300 users, however this may increase and decrease slightly.

These may require porting from the existing provider. • There is no requirement for hardware.

Project Delivery and Transition to Service • To be laid out and delivered within the stated timescales. • Training to be delivered to the Ofwat IT team on how to engage with Supplier for requests, support and account team.

Also, enable some basic support of the solution up to a first line level, for example, how to add and remove phone numbers, assign/unassign numbers.

The team consists of 8 people, 2 - 3 of which would require this training.
