The brief

To deliver the Council's strategic objectives and Medium Term Plan services have been modernising and improving efficiency.

The extent of improvement is currently being limited by a legacy system and ways of working, therefore the Council has agreed to develop a new operating model to make the step change required to deliver great services that: o Put the needs of customers at the heart of the service delivery; o Develop our capability by improving collaboration and new ways of working o Enable residents, communities and partners to self-serve online.

Due to the scale and complexity of service interdependencies, the Council are tendering under Lot 10 of the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework 664 for an experienced consultancy partner to develop a future operating model and compelling business case for change.

The successful partner will be able to demonstrate their success in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to gather requirements and deliver agile transformation.

The objective is to: (i) Engage with stakeholders to develop a future operating model for land, property and public services (ii) Develop a compelling business case for change.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE LISTED AS A SUPPLIER ON LOT 10 OF ESPO FRAMEWORK 664 TO BID.
