The University does not expect lead times for bespoke items to take longer than 4-6 weeks.
Stocked items shall be delivered within 1 week and committee shirts within 3 weeks of order.
The provision of an all year round online store for students to purchase stocked and bespoke leisurewear items.
The supplier shall provide personalisation of items in the form of student names, numbers and any other customisation.
Orders placed with no minimum order quantities and delivered either to campus or the individual home address.
It is expected that the successful supplier shall appoint one dedicated contract manager to manage the entire University account.
The dedicated account manager shall attend campus at least once a week [day to be confirmed] during term time, pre-season and welcome week.
This role shall be split between our City and Clifton Campus to assist with any queries and support the NTU Sport Clubs.
It is vitally important that the successful supplier has a strong presence on campus, easily contactable and visible to both staff and students.
