Refurbishment Works to Void Properties

Gentoo Group are currently seeking to procure a framework of Contractors (approximately six) to deliver whole house refurbishments to its existing void stock and to newly acquired properties.

The works within each property will vary dependent upon what is required to bring that property up to a lettable standard.

Therefore, Gentoo are seeking Tenders from Contractors whom are able to deliver multiple trades.

The scheme will commence in April 2020 and conclude in March 2021, however, there is an option to extend beyond this point if required.

It is anticipated that around 150 - 200 properties are to be completed within the year.

All works will be initially awarded to the first placed Contractor and then shared between the other framework partners should first placed be unable to deliver due to capacity or performance issues.

All works will take place within void properties within the boundaries of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington, Tyne and Wear.

The Tender is due to go live at 4pm on Tuesday 11/02/2020 and will close at 4pm on Monday 16 March 2020.
