The brief

NHS Arden & GEM CSU sought competitive offers for a secure web-based solution is required to enable AGCSU to continue to provide a value for money and a streamlined referral management system and electronic patient database to our customers.<br/><br/>The system will be utilised across the IFR services, referral services and the Norfolk Medicines Support Service team.

It will allow referral requests for High-Cost Drugs, Prior Approvals, Individual Funding Requests, Gender Dysphoria Hair Epilation and Children and Young People gender service to be received by the relevant services and processed accordingly, and the ability to be able to track and monitor all referrals.

Referrals may be received from Primary Care, Secondary Care, and independent providers, and processed in line with local or national commissioning pathways on behalf of the services/geographies.<br/><br/>The system is required to hold patient data, be searchable, have suitable access control, reporting functions and meet all necessary Information Governance requirements for such systems.
