The Council requires a Developer to provide all of the professional services required for the delivery of the Project and to enter into an agreement with the Council which has the following primary objectives; o The appointment of a professional solar farm Developer who will work with and bolster the Council's own internal procurement and project teams. o De-risking of the project development and construction phases for the Council by sharing the risk and reward with the appointed Developer. o The use of the Developer to obtain all the necessary planning and utility consents to enable the Project to be built. o Following the receipt of the necessary consents, the use of the Developer to support procurement of suitable construction Contractors. o The use of the Developer to provide project management services throughout the construction and commissioning phase.
