The brief

We are looking to commission a Bidder to help us shape a 10-year business plan that will focus on the strategic ways to bring together a shared vision and best practice for Fellowship Square and other sites.

These assets offer significant opportunities to create long term cultural, social, and commercial value for the Council and must be properly managed and curated in new and creative ways to secure a sustainable future.\r \r We are looking for Bidders to bring commercial expertise, private sector experience and consideration of the art of the possible to produce a strategic 10-year Business Plan relating to Fellowship Square and other relevant sites within the borough. \r \r The Bidder's role will include:\r • Working with the Council to analyse and agree the relevant commercial and cultural assets within Fellowship Square, the Forest Road Corridor, and the wider borough that should form part of the Business Plan\r • To develop a 10 Year Business Plan, that takes forward the commercial, cultural, and social opportunities provided by Fellowships Square and other relevant assets. \r • To develop a costed proposal for the future use of Walthamstow Assembly Hall
