NS&I's research communities are an online platform which allows a large number of customers and a small number of non-NS&I customers to take part in various research activities, primarily online surveys, polls (including nested polls) and discussions on various topics ranging from savings and NS&I's products to views about NS&I's communications, interactions with savings providers and app development.
The requirement is to acquire the services of a market research agency with previous experience in building and managing bespoke online research communities with at least 8,000 community members.
The current customer community is c5,000 members (we're building on the number of members as well as refreshing); it has a sub-group community used for testing of NS&I's mobile app content called the Beta App Group.
Whilst the non-NS&I customer community has 200 members (refreshed approximately once a year).
There is also a requirement for monthly showcases (feeding insight back in to the business via Teams video call), ad hoc reports for stakeholder led content and functionality to allow searches of past topics of content.
