We require a digital system deployable and scalable across 14 leisure centres to manage prospective members through our membership onboarding process.

The system should allow multiple staff members to use the system at once.

The system should allow monitoring and reporting of the onboarding process and trigger escalation following failed SLAs.

The system must capture enquiries.

The enquiry method requires embedding into various digital solutions, such as web pages, emails, apps etc.

The system must automatically trigger email/text notifications/reminders and other communication tools to customers.

Staff must be able to manage in person and virtual/phone appointments within the system.

The system must integrate with our Leisure Management System (LMS) XN leisure.

The system must have an API to integrate with our Leisure App (Thrive).

The system must also integrate with Microsoft Power Automate.

The system must be low code for in house (Leisure) development.

The system must be WCAG.21 compliant.

Direct Award via KCS Software Products and Associated Services 2 Framework to Salesforce via Softcat PLC.
