Salix Homes - Responsive Repairs and Associated Services Framework - Expression of Interest

Salix Homes is engaging the market ahead of issuing the following procurement opportunity - Responsive Repairs and Associated Services Framework.

The framework is intended to be let for a period of 4 years split into the following lots: - Lot 1: Responsive Repairs/Void (general building) - Lot 2: Drainage - Lot 3: Scaffold - Lot 4: Damp and Mould We wish to invite contractors to a supplier's information event on Tuesday 22nd October from 10:00 to 13:00 at Salix Homes, Diamond House, 2 Peel Cross Road, Salford M5 4DT.

We recommend this event is attended by any prospective bidder for the framework.

The purpose of the event is to engage with the market in advance of issuing a formal ITT by providing early information and background to our requirements and gain an understanding of the market capacity / capability to deliver the scope.

We intend to discuss the scopes of each procurement as well as providing an overview of the procurement and contracting approaches.
