Wolverhampton Homes requires an established, suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply two and three dimensional bespoke internal and external signage.

The term of the Contract shall be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 24 months, reviewable annually, subject to performance.
All Tenderers must meet the following Pre-Qualification requirements: • All Tenderers must be CHAS or equivalent Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) compliant. • All Tenderers must be able to demonstrate a minimum annual turnover equivalent to 2 times the annual Contract value. i.e.
In this instance £60,000 annual turnover minimum. • All Tenderers must have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5 million.
Wolverhampton Homes only employ Contractors, and sub-Contractors who are CHAS or equivalent Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) accredited.
