The Smart Motorways Programme (SMP) Alliance: The smart motorway programme seeks to further increase the safety performance of National Highways' strategic road network and mitigate capacity constraints to enhance our customer experience.

This organisation will be at the forefront project managing a programme focussed on the anticipation, evaluation, recognition and control of physical health risks in the development, design and production activities within the Alliance .
In addition, there will be a need to develop and deliver an engaging educational / communications programme including design, delivery and supplier colleagues.
