Apprenticeship Learner Management System (including CRM function)
Nottingham College are one of the largest Further Education colleges in the United Kingdom with a significant apprenticeship provision both on a local and national scale.
The College currently has in place a multitude of different systems to deliver their apprenticeship provision including and not limited to CRM, paper based enrolment, online e portfolios and a service provider who hosts a recruitment portal and facilitates a pass feed from CRM through to the national apprenticeship service website.
The College is ideally looking for one sole provider who can offer an end to end system for apprenticeships whilst also having the ability to accommodate work experience placements and employer lead projects such as ESF funded.
The successful supplier will be responsible for delivering the system against the specification initially, however you will be required to transfer data from our existing supplier system and further planned enhancements may be required throughout the contract specifically in line with apprenticeship funding requirements.
The contract will commence 1st September 2019, however the actual GO LIVE date will be a soon as possible after this date.
