The brief

Southend City Council is seeking an experienced and competent single Supplier under a Framework Agreement to provide Washroom Services to Schools and Public Buildings within the City.

The service will include the supply of bins, collection, and disposal of Sanitary, Nappy, First Aid waste and Sharps Bins as well as supply, servicing and rental of Washroom Equipment including Air Fresheners, Toilet Seat Sanitizers and Urinal Mats.

The Framework will be used to enable sites to Call-Off Contracts for an initial period of 36 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

The total Call-Off contract value is estimated to range between £84,000 to £120,000 over the four year term.
