Invitation To Quote to Provide Short-Term Leadership On Developing The NHS Anchor Network In Greater Manchester On Behalf of NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board

NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (NHS GM ICB) are seeking to identify a Provider to provide leadership and co-ordination of the NHS GM Anchors network and programme.

NHS GM ICB are seeking a credible and specialist partner or independent contractor to support to provide specialist consultancy, leadership, and programme management support of a number of priority business areas with the Population Health directorate as detailed below: • Advice and support on the creation and delivery of an Anchors programme for the GM System in order to: o Develop and implement local supply chain opportunities. o Further Develop and implement effective local employment pathways. o Develop and implement vision, strategy and targets for Anchors work within GM. o Embed Social Value into NHS GM ICB activity via engaging with procurement and commissioning functions across NHS GM ICB with development of additional materials as required. • Advice and support on delivery of key agreed Anchor deliverables as agreed by the Joint Planning & Delivery Committee. • Advice and Support on implementation of standard approach to measurement and reporting on social value delivered • Advice to the programme office on programme management, budget control and risk & issue management around this agenda. • Advice on delivery of communications materials to support the Anchors agenda. • Advice on governance and support to delivery relevant progress and update reports. • Chair and set agenda of meetings where required to enable a functioning anchors network with relevant representation and action plans.

The upper affordability limit is £46,000 (excluding VAT) and responses must be submitted without VAT.
