South Cambridgeshire District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to rebuild a section of the boundary wall to Council owned properties at Elm Court Over.
The work will include reducing the height of the existing boundary wall and making good, stabilise the foundations to the remaining wall.
The estimated value of the contract is between £50k and £70k.
SCDC will require the successful contractor to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Council and its residents.

Public Liability Insurance for £5 million c.
Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) details d.
Proven track record and knowledge of the Construction, Design & Maintenance Regulations (CDM Regulations).
